Studying Abroad

Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), a member of Qatar Foundation (QF), is hosting a live webinar titled ‘Studying Abroad’, targeting high school students and parents.  

The webinar will inform participants about the university study systems in three counties: United Kingdom, United States and Canada. It also covers how to access university websites, important contact numbers, and other information that students need before deciding to join the university. 

The webinar will be attended by Ms. Aseel Al-Ugaili, representative of the US Embassy in Qatar, and Ms. Hafsa Ben Saida, representative of the Canadian Embassy in Qatar, as well as British Council representatives, Mr. Abdul Karim Sareeh, Information Service Officer, and Ms. Heba Essam El-Din, Project Manager at the Council.  

The webinar will also feature a Q&A session for the audience. 

‘Studying Abroad’ is part of a series of career development webinars launched by QCDC to educate young people about the importance of choosing study majors that suit their interests, ambitions and skills, by making the right decision, choosing the appropriate academic and professional paths.
