My Career – My Future is a 5-day hands-on job shadowing program that gives high school students the chance to experience real work environments, meet professionals, and understand what different careers look like in practice.
Instead of only reading about majors and jobs, students step into the workplace, observe daily responsibilities, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding of the skills, interests, and academic choices connected to different career paths.
A national partnership for student career readiness
My Career – My Future brings together leading national partners to give students a trusted, structured, and practical introduction to the world of work.
