Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji Appointed Acting Director of Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC)
QCDC announced recently the appointment of Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji as the Acting Director of the center, after 15 years of experience in shaping Qatar’s career guidance and development landscape.
Al-Kharji previously served as QCDC’s Career Programs and Services Manager, leading numerous initiatives and programs that have significantly contributed to shaping Qatar’s career guidance and development landscape. During his tenure, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership and expertise in career guidance and development, both locally and internationally.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Al-Kharji stated: “I am honored to assume the leadership of Qatar Career Development Center. Together with my exceptional colleagues, we will continue to shape the future of career guidance in Qatar, empowering our youth and strengthening our national workforce.”
Al-Kharji holds a Qualification in Career Development (QCD) from the Career Development Institute (CDI), UK, and a Master’s degree in career Guidance and Development from the University of the West of Scotland. His journey began as an Operations Officer at Qatar Career Fair (QCF), the largest career fair in the country at the time, which was later restructured and renamed to become the Qatar Career Development Center, evolving into a fully-fledged center. Al-Kharji played a pivotal role in organizing and ensuring the success of this major event over many editions and years, eventually progressing in his career to become the Manager of Career Programs and Services.
